The CoolSculpting fat-reduction procedure is specially designed for those who have unwanted fat in targeted areas. Unlike weight-loss surgery (e.g., gastric bypass), the CoolSculpting procedure is not a weight-loss solution for people who are obese.

Good candidates for the CoolSculpting procedure have noticeable bulges in certain areas they’d like to get rid of. Many people want a non-surgical alternative to liposuction.

Once your CoolSculpting treatment has been complete, we do a vigorous massage for about three minutes to the just treated area.

This helps breaks up those frozen, crystallized fat cells so your body can excrete them through the lymphatic system naturally and safely. Again, continuing to stay hydrated and some compression can assist in the fat cell excretion.

Since we use a gel for the applicators, sometimes it can get a little messy. You’ll want to bring clothes that you’re comfortable in and don’t mind getting the product on.

You also want to come to your appointment well-hydrated! Drink plenty of water. This will help your body eliminate the damaged fat cells through your lymphatic system much quicker.

Liposuction is an invasive surgical procedure. You are often put under anesthesia and have several wounds from when they inserted the metal device. You will experience downtime post-treatment.

With CoolSculpting, it’s an entirely non-invasive procedure, with no downtime, no needles, and no anesthesia so that you can get back to your life that same day!
